Creative background with a Film Television Production Degree. After my internship at Zhive, I've  learned that I enjoyed figuring about what type of content to create. Being able to understand, connect and resonate with my audience has been my driving force.

Social Media Department Founder

The company Fotorama is a school photography company serving the LAUSD area. Creating content for schools and students

Establishing a foundation.

Our biggest strength is our ability to physically connect. Going to locations on a daily basis, we began to make content. By understanding our audience we began making video's specially for schools admins. Varying from Graduation, Prom videos. Showcasing school logos, admins and students.

We have since created a foundation and pivoted on showing Graduating Seniors and their personalities, focusing more on story.

​

End goal. Selling personalized videos. Selling Videos to schools. Platform where information is easily accessible.

Tools for Success 

Green Sweater

Collaborating and unifying  with other department to support us,. The digital team to support us with digital assets. The prodcution team to help promote our Instagram presence. Overall open communication and transparency  

 

We utilized Google Drive to stay organized, maintaining an online database that houses essential assets like logos, information and footage. Google drive gives us easy and efficient access.

We have hundreds of images and video, staying organized and managing meta data. â€‹

 

Collaborating with schools, students and utilizing tags, hashtags to increase our outreach.

Focusing on Reels and people they have the best outreach.

Challenges

Developing a new workflow within an existing one that conflicts our process.

-Finding/Creating time. In unpredictable and changing environments 
-Busy season can have upwards to 3-5 locations day. Utilizing downtime such as car rides to edit or brainstorm.

Utilizing limited resources.
-In terms of labor and budget.
-small team, being flexible and playing multipliable roles
Advocating for ourselves.

Staying Organized 

Having OneNote of all upcoming shoots. Knowing what schools to prioritize. Prioritize schools strategically based on deadlines and significance. Utilizing peak production and down time.

Created Google drive with all assets organized by category. 

Ex) Logos, Flyers, Photos.

We upload finalized video's into the drive where they are scheduled to be released

"Zhive is a digital community that educates and connects our next generation of young entrepreneurs"  Essentially a story based platform that highlights young women and their ambitions. We worked along the founder to brain storm future content, focusing on brand image, storytelling and purpose.
